A Unique Location
A wonderful Grade II listed Victorian Building built by the Margam Castle Estate Manager for his family. The house is set within the 1000 acres of parkland and forestry and enjoys outstanding views over the park and Swansea Bay. We have herds of Deer roaming the park and they can often be seen in the surrounding fields.
The house is located 5 minutes from junction 38 of the M4 motorway and has recently been renovated to the highest standard bringing the house back to life with a warm Victorian Ambience. Our clients are able to enjoy the highest quality training and conference facilities in this superb environment.
The gardens are spectacular and we encourage our clients to experience the joys they have to offer including the walled garden designed by the Queen Mother's favourite Ralph Hancock. The Royal Horticulture Society are working with us on the restoration fo the garden to bring it back to its original glamour.
